We pack redundant gear on every event — backup mixer, amps, wireless mics, cables, and a backup laptop with the full event playlist. If it can fail and you'd notice, we packed two of it.
For galas and conferences, 60–120 days is ideal. We can often accommodate shorter timelines for activations and milestone parties — a quick scoping call will tell us fast.
A short form is enough. Once we have the basics, we’ll set up a 30-minute scoping call with the producer who will run the event — no junior salespeople, no canned packages.
